Explanation of flange types
Flanges are divided into types depending on which side of the rotary feedthrough corresponds to the vacuum side.
Select an appropriate type for your service conditions.
Also, if the mounting side is the vacuum side (usually the atmosphere side), specify R.
Example of Designation
